As part of the Software Development team, you will be encouraged to contribute your ideas to help solve complex problems. You are someone who is self-driven, keen to take initiative and takes advantage of being empowered to take on your own projects. You aim to look at the big picture to ensure your software works at scale, is sustainable, scalable and maintainable.
In this role you’ll be working along-side your peers, as well as owning your own projects, working to improve our products and services, as well as being instrumental in bringing new innovative products to market. We believe in using the right tool for the job and take on a range of exciting technologies, working on projects from customer-facing integration, through to cloud deployment orchestration.
We’re big supporters of continual professional development. We hold regular Meetup events at the office, daily education sessions, impromptu education days, and support for attending conferences and external training.
Ideally you will have:
- 2-3 years experience with PHP
- 1-2 years Python
- A love for Linux/Docker/Git
- Experience with unit/integration testing
- Front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS
- An insatiable desire to learn, grow and contribute
